Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although nice and well-decorated, seemed a bit overpriced if you didn't have a 'players card. ' On the bright side, they were wonderfully comfortable. The service was friendly overall, with some minor hiccups in sorting out reservations. The location was convenient being just off the Interstate, although not the most appealing spot. Dining options were a hit-or-miss, with hit items like the seriously yummy Pork Belly but a miss with limited breakfast choices.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room, although not the most spacious for a family of four, exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff was friendly and willing to assist guests when needed. The food in the restaurants was delicious. However, there were some drawbacks as the rooms could be more spacious for a family of four, and they were not ready by 7 pm. Additionally, there was a slight issue with not having enough blankets on the bed.
The motel, although tied to a Native American reservation, fell short of expectations. The rooms at the back were overpriced, lacking character, and required a 'player's card' for a better rate. On the bright side, the service excelled in friendliness despite some hiccups, and the location was convenient for a brief stopover, even though it lacked charm. Dining options were limited but acceptable, although the absence of complimentary coffee with breakfast was disappointing.
I had a very comfortable and quiet stay at the hotel. The room was large and very welcoming, but it was a bit pricey for a regular room without a microwave or refrigerator. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with finding our reservation. The location was convenient for a restful one-night stay on my way to Phoenix, near a casino with a reasonably priced restaurant. The dining experience was satisfactory, but it would have been better if coffee was included with breakfast. Overall, a good stay but with room for improvement.
